1. It is best to have some stubble in the area you wish to have treated. For most people this is 3-5 days since shaving last.
2. Do not use any alpha-hydroxy acids or retinol products for a couple of weeks prior to your treatment IF you want a treatment in the area where these products are used (typically facial areas).
3. You must have gone at least 5 weeks since your last waxing appointment if you typically wax the area you wish to have treated.
